Gigaclear Achieves Significant Milestone with 75,000th Customer Connection

Gigaclear, the prominent UK rural full fibre broadband alternative network provider, has marked a major milestone by connecting its 75,000th customer in April. This achievement reflects a remarkable doubling of its customer base within just two years, solidifying its position as the largest rural full fibre broadband alternative network provider in the UK.

To celebrate this momentous occasion, Gigaclear presented flowers to Jean Heath MBE, a resident of Chadlington in Oxfordshire and the 75,000th customer. In addition, the company made a charitable donation to one of Jean’s beloved charities, Sunshine Cat Rescue, and will provide her with complimentary broadband service for an entire year.

Highlighting the importance of staying connected for pensioners in rural communities, Jean’s son, Calvin, who is an existing Gigaclear customer, expressed his satisfaction with the service. He emphasized the straightforward and quick installation process of Gigaclear’s full fibre broadband.

Nick Rawlings, Chief Marketing Officer at Gigaclear, hailed this achievement as a significant milestone that paves the way for their ambitious goals over the next 12 months. Gigaclear’s strategic focus is to extend full fibre broadband to underserved rural communities, making high-speed and reliable broadband accessible to all. The company is currently expanding its network and experiencing accelerated sales as consumers increasingly demand faster speeds and more dependable internet access. Gigaclear is now aiming to reach the next milestone of connecting 100,000 customers in the near future.

Rawlings noted the pleasure of meeting Jean, their 75,000th customer, and celebrating this achievement with her. He emphasized that Gigaclear’s full fibre broadband is beneficial to a wide range of users, from gamers and families to businesses and pensioners.

In line with the recent Coronation of Charles III and Camilla on May 6, Gigaclear introduced an enticing offer on May 1 for prospective customers – a 500Mbps broadband package priced at just £20 per month. This offer reflects Gigaclear’s commitment to providing high-speed broadband solutions to rural communities.
