The once green cabinet has been transformed into a moving artistic representation of a poppy field set against a serene blue sky, bearing the solemn words “Lest We Forget” and “We Will Remember Them.”
Unveiled this week in anticipation of Remembrance Sunday, the decorated Quickline cabinet serves as the inaugural installation in a series planned across Yorkshire and Lincolnshire, reflecting the communities served by Quickline. The initiative aims to pay tribute to the significance of Remembrance Day and evoke a sense of unity and remembrance.
As part of this initiative, Quickline plans to involve local community groups in the process. Quickline will invite these groups to nominate causes or events relevant to their area, contributing to the customization of additional cabinets in the region.
