Another ISP to Support buy Outs. Vodafone launches “The Great British Telecoms Switch”

Switching to Vodafone’s Full Fibre 900 broadband just got easy! They’re offering up to £100 to cover exit fees, making it much more attractive for customers to switch.

Its clear that Vodafone is on a mission to bolster their FTTP offering, and this latest campaign could bring much bigger volumes.

Vodafone, currently operating on both the CityFibre network & of course, Openrach, will be opening up the offering to customers who sit on the Opernach network and want to migrate to their chunkier 900Mbps package.

It seems the campaign is directed to migrate customers away from the household brand BT (and others offering FTTP on Openreach), judging by the copy on their website…

Max Taylor, Chief Commercial Officer at Vodafone UK, stated, “We’re launching The Great British Telecoms Switch to help people save money and simplify the switching process. We’re committed to Ofcom’s ‘One Touch Switching’ regulation and urge our competitors to make it easier for customers to get the best deals.”

Vodafone isn’t the first to encourage customers to migrate by offering “buy-outs,” with G.Network recently doing the same here and Connect Fibre Fibre here.

Vodafone has even invested in a TV ad to launch the campaign, which you can watch below.
