Mark Davidson, a veteran with over 25 years of experience at Meta, Virgin Media, and WebHelp, has assumed the role of Customer Experience & Service Director. Mark’s successful track record in driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence positions him to play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall customer experience at Hyperoptic. His strategic vision aligns seamlessly with the company’s mission to provide world-class service to its growing customer base.
