ITS, a prominent player in the connectivity landscape, has announced the launch of a suite of value-added services aimed at enhancing their existing connectivity offerings, which are available to their esteemed partners approved under Faster Britain.
With a thriving channel program that boasts over 500 partners, including resellers, managed service providers (MSPs), and internet service providers (ISPs), ITS is stepping up their game. Through their automated self-service portal, partners now have access to a comprehensive suite of business-grade gigabit-capable connectivity solutions. These solutions range from full fibre broadband to dedicated leased lines and come with the option to incorporate enhanced service wraps, which are thoughtfully designed based on partner feedback. This step is intended to bolster their overall solution procurement capabilities.
In a bid to further enrich their portfolio, ITS is set to roll out additional value-add services later this year. The initial offerings include voice-enabled connectivity options, extra fixed IP addresses, and an array of resilience services such as 4G backup and broadband backup. Moreover, partners can now tap into dedicated project management services for complex or multi-site projects.
Pete England, the Head of Product Development at ITS, emphasized the importance of partner feedback in shaping their offerings. He noted, “A key differentiator for partners working with ITS is our commitment to providing the tools and support they need to secure business. This also extends to our product roadmap, as we aim to make the adoption of full fibre services as seamless as possible.”
As the demands of end-users continue to evolve, ITS is actively responding to the need for service wraps that streamline supplier relationships and service integration. This approach allows partners to focus on their sales pipeline and expand their portfolio of ‘over the top’ services. ITS remains committed to developing their offerings and supporting their partners as they navigate the evolving connectivity landscape.
ITS prides itself on its extensive connectivity reach, connecting businesses across the UK through their Faster Britain full fibre network and trusted operator relationships. Earlier this year, ITS introduced a price freeze for existing contracts and all new on-net services through 2023, along with several price reductions. This strategic move is aimed at providing ongoing support to their Faster Britain approved partners in the face of challenging market conditions. Furthermore, ITS has introduced a price match promise for their 10G leased line FibreBright services, reaffirming their dedication to delivering value to their partners.
