Vorboss, a leading London-based provider of dedicated full-fibre connectivity services, announces the appointment of David Gilbey as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), marking a strategic addition to its executive leadership team.
Bringing a wealth of experience to his new role, Gilbey joins Vorboss from Zayo Group, where he served as the Vice President of European Corporate Development and Strategy. Commenting on the appointment, Tim Creswick, CEO of Vorboss, expressed confidence in Gilbey’s ability to contribute significantly to the company’s trajectory. Creswick emphasized Gilbey’s extensive expertise in financial planning and analysis, strategy development, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and capital structure management as instrumental in supporting Vorboss’s strategic objectives amidst its expansion initiatives.
The appointment of David Gilbey reflects Vorboss’s strategic vision to leverage top-tier talent and expertise to solidify its position as a leading provider of ultra-reliable, high-speed connectivity solutions in the UK and beyond.
