Telecom Acquisitions Limited Takes Over Remaining Customers Of Gigabit Networks Limited

News this morning confirms that TAL has acquired the remaining CityFibre and Full Fibre networks-based customers from Gigabit Networks, adding an additional 2,300 customers to the TAL brands.

Initially, TAL had struck a deal with Gigabit for a portion of CityFibre customers, but as of this morning, the remaining customers have now been migrated into the TAL group under the Home Telecom brand. These customers will be maintained on the same prices, terms, and conditions to ensure minimal disruption.

Nigel Barnett, CEO, commented, “We are really pleased with the further acquisition of the remaining customers from David Yates at Gigabit Networks. The first tranche of customers migrated successfully, with no loss of service or customers, allowing us to obtain the remaining residential base. Going forward, with our organic growth, we will continue to look for further possible acquisitions, regardless of size, to complement our growth.”
