Telcom Group today announced its rebrand to Elevate®, marking the culmination of a 12-month plan to integrate Telcom Networks, its wholesale initiative GigaBritain, and London-based ISP Luminet (acquired last October). These are all B2B divisions of the rapidly expanding group, which delivers end-to-end network solutions, including connectivity, cybersecurity, and broader managed network services.
Elliott Mueller, Group CEO, said:
“We have spent the last year listening to our customers, partners, and teams. As our business continues to scale rapidly—underpinned by our total commitment to providing the best possible service—I am immensely proud of the team that has worked to deliver the Elevate experience. We believe this will set a new benchmark for delivery and after-sales service for both direct and channel partners.”
Mueller added:
“Our channel partners are a key component of our growth strategy, especially as we strive to meet the requirements of delivering and supporting connectivity and aligned components in partner-led, mission-critical solutions. These partnerships are essential for building long-term relationships. Elevate is now fully equipped to deliver on our channel proposition under the Elevate Wholesale banner, and we look forward to an exciting 2025 for the group.
From what we can see, this new rebrand will set the stage for some exciting movements from the group. Having had their Head of Wholesale, Will Goodall, on the Fibrenews podcast and spending time with their Luminet team in London on a rooftop, it’s no secret they aim to shake up a somewhat “stale channel market.”
The new site highlights a strong focus on their Hypercities, where they can offer their “Always On” product; since the acquisition of Lumit, the group’s wireless offering has grown dramatically. Hypercities are cities where Elevate offers both wired and wireless ethernet to business premises, creating a unique USP for the brand. It’s been a huge talking point for resellers looking to offer something unique when hunting for new business; being able to offer customers ethernet connectivity within five days, you can see why.

It’s clear that with the new branding, the team is doubling down on pushing their message and driving change within the channel. Judging by the bold statements and content on their new site, they’re not holding back—it’s exciting to see what they’ll bring to the market, and we will be sure to keep you posted!
