Home Telecom Hits Record Month Being The Lettings Industry’s Largest Utility Supplier

July has seen a bumper month for Home Telecom, securing 3,800 new broadband customers, with 50% (1,980) also choosing to take out a new energy supply.

Home Telecom has been servicing a niche within the rented property arena for the past thirteen years by structuring competitive partnerships with the UK’s largest letting agents and referencing companies.

The record month comes as Home secured an additional letting partnership in late June of this year and an increase in new tenancies as the letting industry reports a 20% increase compared to this time last year.

The brand has a unique approach, being able to offer flexible “tenant” based contracts, along with an array of network choices, to ensure the end user always receives the best price and speed. As it stands, Home is able to offer customers broadband on all national ISPs, such as BT, Vodafone, Talk Talk, Sky, and Virgin, with the added bonus of operating with pretty much all of the “open access” alternative networks.

Interestingly, with the push for a full-fibre nation, Home is also finding a new solution with landlords, whereby the landlord is promoting the property as being “Full Fibre ready”. It’s clear households have never been more “bandwidth hungry”, so being able to advertise a property with super-fast speeds, inclusive of rent, creates a huge USP for prospective tenants.
