Cuckoo, the broadband disruptor known for entering the market to “fix a broken industry,” today announced the appointment of Sarah Howells as Managing Director. Sarah, previously Cuckoo’s Chief Customer Officer, will now take on the newly created role.
Sarah will be in charge all customer-facing operations, encompassing Sales, Customer Service, User Experience, Digital, Brand, Marketing, and Product.
Before her tenure at Cuckoo, which began in 2023, Sarah served as Chief Customer Officer at Jurassic Fibre, where she notably tripled the customer base in just nine months.
This year, as Cuckoo accelerates its expansion across the UK, Sarah is managing the integration of customers onto Kraken, a revolutionary customer service platform. The July 2023 agreement marked a first in the broadband industry, underscoring Cuckoo’s commitment to revolutionizing telecoms through a relentless focus on customer service.
