ITS Technology Group (ITS), a prominent wholesale full fibre provider, has made a significant announcement regarding its pricing strategy for 2023. In a move to support its partners and navigate the challenges posed by economic factors such as inflation, interest rate rises, and supplier price increases, ITS has committed to not introducing price increases to any existing contracts or new on-net sales throughout the year.
Furthermore, the company has demonstrated its dedication to assisting partners during this challenging economic climate by extending its support to off-net inflight orders, even those at the quote stage. This commitment remains steadfast despite the fact that many of these services are set to face price hikes initiated by its operator partners starting on April 1st.
In response to the growing demand for 10G leased line services, ITS has introduced substantial price reductions, offering potential savings of up to 35% on FibreBright 1G to 5G bandwidths on 10G Bearers. These new pricing adjustments, effective from April 3rd, are applicable to eligible FibreBright products on three and five-year contract lengths.
Pete England, Head of Product Development at ITS, emphasized the company’s determination to alleviate the impact of economic challenges on its partners’ businesses and their customers. ITS’s strong financial position enables it to absorb the brunt of supplier increases for the year, providing stability and predictability in pricing for its partners.
ITS’s mission revolves around simplifying the process of selling full fibre connectivity and value-added services, particularly as ultrafast connectivity becomes the new standard. The Faster Britain portal and API plug-in, an online marketplace for business connectivity comparison, offer partners the convenience of searching for service availability and options by postcode area, generating quotes, and placing orders according to customer requirements.
This platform provides real-time pricing updates for services, whether delivered through ITS’s Faster Britain full fibre networks or off-net through operator relationships, ensuring transparency and facilitating effective partner management of end-user expectations.
